For years, we focused on installation only. That's changed. We now handle the full job from start to finish: picking the right product for your space, sourcing it, and installing it. One company, one quote, no separate trip to a flooring showroom trying to figure out what you actually need.

Why this matters for you...
When you source your own materials, you're guessing — guessing on quantity, guessing on what's actually compatible with your subfloor, guessing on what holds up in your specific room (a basement needs different vinyl than a sunroom, for example). We've installed enough floors across Durham Region to know what works where, and now we can just bring the right product with us instead of working around whatever showed up on a delivery truck.
It also means fewer surprises. One quote covers material and labour together, so you know your full cost upfront — not a labour quote that balloons once you've bought the wrong underlayment or not enough boxes.

That's completely fine — we still offer installation-only service if you've already got your flooring picked out or you're using a specific product you found elsewhere.
